STAFFING & EQUIPMENT
Staffing The size and style of the event will determine the number of staff. Staffing Fee is $14.00 hourly per staff member with a 5½ hour minimum. All Full Service Events will require a minimum of two (2) staff members. Hours are calculated as follows: packing, traveling, set-up, serving, breakdown, and clean up at the Spur. All Full Service Events are subject to 18% service charge and local sales tax. (Service charges are to cover the cost of the overhead: equipment, insurance, etc.) Events at the Milwaukee County Zoo, Wisconsin State Fair Park, Mitchell Park Domes, or Miller Park require additional charges. Please ask our catering professionals for more details. Equipment & Supplies Silver Spur Texas Smokehouse BBQ includes buffet tables, table cloths, and skirting for buffet tables, serving equipment, and disposable dinnerware for your Full Service Event. Our catering professionals can arrange for rentals of tables, chairs, linens, china, flatware, crystal, kitchen equipment, and tents. We are also equipped to refer florists, musicians, valet service, or any other service you require; just ask. |
